CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The primary point of contact throughout the onboarding of new clients to LiveMobi Media. They gather all of the required information and creative assets to build out and optimize the creative work. As the day-to-day contact for clients, it’s up to them to communicate what each client is looking for to the rest of the team.
MobiSquad is our sales and partnership development team. They train resellers to identify what social media or digital marketing plan might best work for a businesses. They ensure all of our merchants’ business goals are addressed. They train on a mix of products and services based on a business’s needs for digital marketing and point-of-sale systems.
